Congo-Brazzaville: 2 dead as floods swept Liranga

two people were found dead in Liranga district in northern Congo, an area affected by flooding as heavy rains hit the Likouala department, authorities said.

the bodies of a mother and a child has been found as  conducted an operation to look people who were reported missing amid the unstable weather conditions.

On Friday, the Minister of Social Affairs and Humanitarian Action, Antoinette Ndinga, accompanied by representatives of the United Nations in the Congo, raided to inquire about the situation and provide support to people affected by the floods.
